Abstract: under the background of global integration deepening, the connection between the countries and regions increasingly close, produced a series of across different countries, regions, social, economic, environmental impact, multi-scale remote coupling (Telecoupling, social, economic, environmental, long-range interaction) scientific concepts and comprehensive framework is put forward to solve the above problem provides a new method and new way.For more good to promote proper use of remote coupled integrated framework and specification, this system resolved the remote coupling, a comprehensive framework to clarify the definition and function of each component, combing the current status of application of the framework;Based on three typical cases of interpretation in China, shows the integrated framework using remote coupling method, results and conclusion: the scientific meaning and policy value;Finally, describes the remote coupling framework USES the need to focus on problems, and prospects of its application is prospected.Remote coupling comprehensive framework pushed wide application helps to across countries, across the region, the perspective of multi-scale, review multiple coupling system with each of human and nature, and to reveal the hidden remote geographical spatial effect of scientific value, in the service of the relevant policy formulation and implementation, promote global social, economic and environmental sustainable development.
